Senior Software Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Poland

hirify.global is a profitable fintech platform providing business credit cards, spend management, savings, and other financial products for small businesses in the UK and US.

What you will do

• Design and build robust, scalable solutions using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from concept through production, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and Software Engineers in cross-functional teams.
• Write unit and integration tests and maintain high code-quality standards.
• Mentor engineers and communicate technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Strong unit and integration testing practices.
• Experience solving complex problems in distributed systems.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Strong ownership, judgement, communication, and ability to work with ambiguity.
• Ability to work remotely from Poland under a B2B contract.

Nice to have

• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with MongoDB, Azure, GCP, Flutter, or Dart.
