What you will do

• Take ownership of the continuous development of internal services and tools.
• Shape the build-out of a scalable, future-oriented architecture and infrastructure.
• Expand and refine existing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams to design and implement impactful new features.
• Drive AI-supported development by integrating LLMs for code generation and product features.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of new products from the first line of code.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and at least one object-oriented or functional language (Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Python).
• Experience in designing complex systems and writing maintainable, high-performance code.
• High proficiency with modern AI tooling such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLM APIs.
• Proactive integration of innovative AI tools into daily workflows.
• Experience working in small, agile teams using data-driven decision-making.
