TL;DR
Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI): Building and evolving AI-enabled web applications and developer platform services with an accent on scalability, reliability, and usability. Focus on designing full-stack solutions, integrating LLM-driven capabilities, and optimizing developer workflows within the ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in Cambridge, UK (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day flexible).

What you will do
- Design and build full stack web applications using React and Node.js.
- Integrate AI capabilities and LLM-driven experiences into production workflows.
- Develop and evolve APIs and microservices to support developer-facing tools.
- Deploy, scale, and monitor services in cloud environments using Kubernetes and AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-impact tooling.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the Cambridge, UK office.
- Proven full stack engineering experience with production web applications.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with backend development in Python or Go.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST API design.
- Experience with cloud-native services on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI technologies like OpenAI, LangChain, or RAG pipelines.
Nice to have
- Experience with message queuing systems like RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.
- Understanding of authentication protocols including OpenID and SAML.
- Experience with agentic engineering toolchains (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, MCP).
