Location: Must be based in Spain (Remote)

What you will do

  • Develop the go-to-market strategy and identify primary growth opportunities within the Spanish market.
  • Build a scalable customer acquisition engine in collaboration with the central Growth team.
  • Establish strategic partnerships across the Spanish fintech, media, and creator ecosystems.
  • Provide deep customer and market insights to directly influence the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate local launches, marketing campaigns, and represent the company in the startup ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in high-growth consumer technology.
  • Proven experience scaling a consumer fintech or regulated digital business specifically in Spain.
  • Native Spanish and fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong commercial instincts and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

  • Existing professional network within the Spanish fintech ecosystem.
  • Experience launching or growing entirely new markets.
  • Knowledge of Bitcoin or digital assets.
