What you will do

• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into detailed system configurations.
• Manage data modeling, workflows, and business rules within the Stibo Step platform.
• Implement and maintain data governance strategies to ensure data quality.
• Coordinate product lifecycle management and multi-channel publishing processes.
• Design and oversee integration flows using APIs and ETL processes between PIM, ERP, and e-commerce systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Strong expertise in PIMS concepts and the Stibo Step platform functionalities.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and XML/JSON for data exchange.
• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Talend, or SAP CPI.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Porto, Portugal (3-4x per month).
