What you will do
- Own day-to-day operations across the MEA regions.
- Design and implement scalable workflows covering operations, administration, and people initiatives.
- Oversee regulatory, compliance, insurance, and administrative governance matters.
- Respond decisively to urgent and unexpected operational needs in a fast-moving environment.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, insurers, administrative bodies, and external partners.
- Drive disciplined follow-up to ensure commitments are delivered and partnerships perform effectively.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in English, Arabic, and French.
- Proven experience in operational roles requiring versatility, reliability, and high execution standards.
- Strong organizational skills, structured thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing, high-expectation environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach with confidence engaging internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
