Operations Intern

Location: Amman, Jordan (On-site)

What you will do

• Support the Operations team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate client, transaction, and operational records in the CRM system.
• Assist with processing customer orders and verifying information accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service departments.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and service issues.
• Support payment follow-ups and client onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Must be a senior-year university student or recent graduate with a degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
