Deployment Strategist (Web3)

Location: Remote (Singapore)

Salary: SGD 120K – 165K + Equity, Commission, and Bonus

What you will do

• Own the full customer lifecycle from discovery and investigation to solution design and deployment.
• Conduct blockchain investigations using tracing, OSINT, and analytical techniques on the hirify.global platform.
• Build custom technical artifacts including Python notebooks, SQL queries, and dashboards tailored to customer use cases.
• Enable customer teams to independently operationalize hirify.global tools through training and knowledge transfer.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for strategic customers in law enforcement, national security, and compliance domains.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on field intelligence.

Requirements

• Experience in cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence, or financial crime analysis in an operational environment.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi) and on-chain data usage.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development.
• Experience delivering technical solutions to customers in security-focused or regulatory domains.
• Ability to extract insights from large datasets and communicate findings to executive audiences.
• Must be based in Singapore

Nice to have

• Direct experience with hirify.global products.
• Background in law enforcement, intelligence, or military investigations.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as BSA/AML, MiCA, or Travel Rule.
• Experience with data engineering platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
