Salary: 21,300 – 33,715 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Co-create the vision and storyline for a new project.
• Design and implement quests using Unreal Engine 5.
• Plan and integrate assets including dialogue, locations, and gameplay elements.
• Maintain design documentation and ensure high-quality quest implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless player experience.
• Fix reported bugs and iterate on design based on feedback.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a Quest or Mission Design role.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven proficiency in writing scenarios, screenplays, or short stories.
• Strong experience with visual scripting tools and game editors.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly iterative, cross-team environment.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Credited narrative work for movies, plays, or books.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 Blueprints.
• Experience in an academic field.
