Agile Lead (Fintech)

Agile Lead (Fintech): Facilitating delivery for engineering teams within the Credit and Verification Services Identity and Fraud domain with an accent on Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Location: Hybrid (Sofia, Bulgaria) - requires work from the Sofia office 2 days per week

What you will do

• Guide Agile events for one or more teams to deliver value to customers.
• Utilize metrics such as predictability, cycle time, throughput, and WIP to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and facilitate the resolution of impediments affecting team flow.
• Support teams in adopting an agile mindset within a safe, positive, and collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure alignment with product domain measurements.
• Engage with the broader internal Agile community within the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Agile delivery, specifically in a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead role.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria to support a hybrid work model (2 days/week in office).
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics (predictability, cycle time, throughput, and WIP).
• Proven ability to coach teams and create an open, safe environment for success.

Nice to have

• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or SAFe® Scrum Master certification.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working within regulated environments.
