What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level software implementation, migration, and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery governance.
• Partner with Engineering, Enterprise IT, HR, and third-party vendors to align on requirements and priorities.
• Monitor project health, key metrics, and risks while communicating updates to senior leadership.
• Strengthen project management standards by improving reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Promote transparency and continuous improvement across strategic IT initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Sofia, Bulgaria
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management for enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira Cloud, Airtable, or Google Workspace.
• Proven ability to coordinate with executive stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation platforms to improve team productivity.
