What you will do

• Drive and manage the growth of current restaurant venues.
• Produce and present data-driven reports to strengthen partnerships.
• Improve Operational KPIs for key accounts.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of the local market.

Requirements

• Solid experience in a previous account management role.
• Must be based in Shymkent.
• Fluent in Russian, English, and Kazakh.
• Strong analytical experience and proficiency with dashboards like Looker or Power BI.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to different stakeholders.
