What you will do

• Perform day-to-day security administrative functions and assist in managing multiple programs.
• Ensure compliance with DCSA, NISPOM Rule, SAP, and SCI security program SCGs.
• Manage personnel security (PERSEC), clearances, and coordinate internal clearance actions.
• Oversee physical security, including access control, alarms, badging, and camera systems.
• Handle COMSEC accounts, crypto equipment, and the safeguarding and delivery of classified material.
• Assist with self-inspections and government audits to ensure facility compliance.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active Secret clearance with current periodic reinvestigation and ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Security or a related field.
• Experience and familiarity with U.S. Government NISS/DISS systems and SIMS Database.
• Hands-on experience with physical security systems such as alarms and access control.
• Minimum High School Diploma.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• FSO Certification from the Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA).
• Knowledge of SAP manuals, ICD 705, COMSEC, and OPSEC.
• Associate's degree or higher.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
