What you will do

• Support visitor and security protocols for internal and external engagements.
• Manage classified and foreign guest meeting requirements and policies.
• Maintain the company badging system and oversee classified document control.
• Utilize DISS and NBIS systems for personnel security and clearance verification.
• Track and brief special caveat requirements such as NATO, COMSEC, and CNWDI.
• Assist the FSO with government-required training and security policy implementation.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance.
• Proven experience in a security function related to DoD requirements.
• Proficiency with DoD security systems including DISS and NBIS.
• Knowledge of NISPOM and the Continuous Evaluation Program.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
