What you will do

• Conduct physical, signals, and technical surveillance operations to detect and identify potential security threats.
• Install, maintain, and operate covert technical surveillance equipment in vehicles and facilities.
• Analyze and interpret signal processing data and pattern recognition to identify security risks.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information and equipment.
• Observe and document activities accurately, preparing clear reports and detailed surveillance logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and track security incidents.

Requirements

• Must have active ISSA-TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one.
• 4+ years of experience in cyber operations, technical operations, or a related engineering field.
• Proficiency in surveillance photography, including low-light exposures and long lens operations (600mm+).
• Experience installing covert surveillance devices in vehicles.
• Ability to drive safely using defensive driving techniques to reduce detection.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
• Experience with commercial telecommunications protocols and visual surveillance system design.
• Ability to operate manual-transmission vehicles.
• Completion of training courses such as JCITA-CSC, SBSC, or NLES.
