What you will do

• Lead the development of the Retail & Analytics Data Hub as a strategic enterprise data platform.
• Optimize Snowflake capabilities to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Serve as the Snowflake subject matter expert to shape best practices across the organization.
• Improve platform automation using CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and orchestration frameworks.
• Implement platform observability, including monitoring, alerting, lineage, and data quality.
• Manage platform costs and ensure robust governance, security, and access controls.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data platform or data engineering roles within cloud environments.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and its core features.
• Proficiency with SQL and modern data engineering tooling and patterns.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, access management, and compliance.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
