What you will do

• Analyze and optimize performance of code generated by production-grade compilers.
• Implement compiler support for novel features of high-performance architecture.
• Collaborate with hardware architects on the development of a unique neural network inference platform.
• Work with model developers to tune neural networks for better inference efficiency and accuracy.
• Leverage agentic AI to accelerate the analysis, planning, and implementation of software improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering with corresponding industry experience (5+ years for BS, 3+ years for MS, 1+ year for PhD).
• 3+ years experience working on compilers for parallel architectures.
• 1+ years experience with ML inference or linear algebra computation.
• Strong C++ programming skills, including the use of agentic AI acceleration.

Nice to have

• Python programming experience.
• Experience with MLIR-based compilers for neural networks.
• Knowledge of computer architectures and performance characteristics for neural network inference.
• Understanding of popular machine learning and neural network algorithms.
