What you will do

• Define and own global design standards for data center white space, shell, and critical infrastructure to support AI/ML hardware.
• Lead the architecture and engineering phases for purpose-built hyperscale data center programs.
• Direct the selection and integration of advanced cooling topologies, specifically liquid-first and direct-to-chip solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of electrical, mechanical, and architectural design engineers.
• Optimize design processes based on deployment and operations data to reduce construction costs.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in data center design, critical infrastructure, or facility engineering.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Expert knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier Standards, ASHRAE, and building codes (NEC, IBC).
• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Experience designing and commissioning liquid cooling systems in hyperscale environments.
• Deep familiarity with power distribution systems at utility interface and medium/high voltage levels.
