What you will do

• Oversee daily operational activities for stablecoin minting and redemption processes.
• Coordinate fiat transfers, reserve management, and reconciliation with banking partners.
• Manage and configure Fireblocks for secure operations, enforcing governance rules and policies.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and support scalability.
• Lead and mentor a small operations team to foster a high-performing environment.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Custody teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial operations, specifically focused on cryptocurrency or stablecoins.
• Expertise in managing digital asset custody solutions, specifically Fireblocks.
• Strong understanding of fiat currency transfer protocols and banking operations.
• Proven ability to oversee complex automated systems and mitigate operational risks.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
