What you will do

• Direct and expand a data science team focused on customer analytics and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with business leaders to convert analytics into actionable plans that increase revenue and engagement.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of CLV, segmentation, and predictive models from data preparation to deployment.
• Mentor the team to foster experimentation and the development of scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Partner with IT, data engineering, and marketing to ensure model governance and organizational adoption.
• Communicate complex findings to senior stakeholders using storytelling and business impact framing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading data science teams with hands-on analytics expertise.
• Proven track record in retail or consumer analytics focusing on customer insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
• Expertise in CLV, segmentation, and predictive customer modeling.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive levels.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Irving, TX.
