What you will do
- Ensure the reliable operation of system management infrastructure.
- Provide 3rd-level support for the Automic (AWA/UC4) job scheduling platform.
- Manage infrastructure lifecycle activities and implement major/minor releases.
- Optimize and automate operational processes.
- Act as the technical lead for small IT projects.
- Provide on-duty service and act as a single point of contact (SPOC).
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Multi-year experience as a senior AWA/UC4 administrator.
- Strong expertise in Windows, Linux, and Oracle databases.
- Proficiency in Shell and Windows scripting.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Engineering mindset with experience in medium to large enterprise environments.
