What you will do

• Ensure the reliable operation of system management infrastructure.
• Provide 3rd-level support for the Automic (AWA/UC4) job scheduling platform.
• Manage infrastructure lifecycle activities and implement major/minor releases.
• Optimize and automate operational processes.
• Act as the technical lead for small IT projects.
• Provide on-duty service and act as a single point of contact (SPOC).

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Multi-year experience as a senior AWA/UC4 administrator.
• Strong expertise in Windows, Linux, and Oracle databases.
• Proficiency in Shell and Windows scripting.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Engineering mindset with experience in medium to large enterprise environments.
