What you will do

• Review and submit completed applications, production reports, and acreage reports.
• Respond to work-related correspondence via email and phone within business hours.
• Input client information and build units using the Harvest Guard system.
• Audit applications, production reports, and insurance schedules for accuracy.
• Assist agents by submitting claims and managing client trackers.
• Monitor paperwork deadlines to ensure timely submissions.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Proficiency with PC programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to obtain a P&C License within the first year of hire.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
