TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (AI): Managing the technical health and growth of a customer portfolio with an accent on AI code verification and governance. Focus on translating business priorities into technical plans and using AI signals to accelerate value realization and mitigate risks.

Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (relocation supported)

What you will do

  • Own a customer portfolio as a trusted technical advisor across onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
  • Utilize AI-generated signals to proactively manage account risks and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead maturity assessments and outcome reviews to optimize how customers build software.
  • Translate customer business priorities into actionable technical implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales by providing qualified expansion signals and renewal insights.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in DevOps, software engineering, or platform roles, specifically with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
  • Ability to connect technical risks and opportunities to overall business impact.
  • Strong communication skills for delivering deep-dives to developers and executive reviews to VPs.
  • Analytical mindset to identify patterns across data sources and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Founding-team energy: high ownership, proactivity, and resilience in an evolving function.
  • English: Fluent (C1) required

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.globalQube, SAST/AppSec tooling, or developer platforms.
  • Previous customer-facing experience in solutions engineering, consulting, or support.
  • Proficiency in Java or other modern languages and comfort with Linux.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants or agentic development.
