Senior Private Wealth Banker (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability.
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial and individual loan proposals, including secured and unsecured credit.
• Analyze financial statements, collateral valuations, and cash flow to underwrite loan commitments.
• Present credit requests to the loan committee and manage the approval or declination process.
• Coordinate the delivery of brokerage, trust, insurance, and investment services across divisional lines.
• Monitor existing credit relationships, including renewals, covenant tracking, and delinquency reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field required.
• 5-7 years of directly related experience in credit/banking or 8-10 years of equivalent combination.
• Must obtain NMLS registration upon hire.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and consumer lending practices, credit underwriting, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to sell financial products and services to high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and delivering presentations to loan committees.
