What you will do

• Manage and maintain an assigned book of business as the primary client point of contact for benefit-related service needs.
• Work with internal service teams, Benefits Consultants, and/or Client Executives to manage the full renewal process.
• Handle day-to-day client issues and provide strategic advisory to support cost reduction while maintaining competitive benefits options.
• Conduct needs analysis and strategy calls; run enrollment meetings as needed.
• Lead proactive client communications and conduct regular face-to-face client meetings.
• Support 5500 form filings as applicable and grow the book of business through cross-sale opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role.
• Prior experience in a broker agency or benefits administration firm.
• Current Life and Health license.
• Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work with clients at a strategic level and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
