What you will do

  • Own cloud infrastructure end-to-end, maintaining hands-on involvement with IaC, CI/CD, and observability.
  • Manage the SDLC surface area, including dev environments and release mechanics, to optimize developer velocity.
  • Develop the substrate for AI agents to observe and act on business systems safely.
  • Collaborate with SecOps on CSPM, threat management, and infrastructure-side remediations.
  • Translate infrastructure decisions into business outcomes and provide visibility to leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a high-impact infrastructure team while operating as a peer to other engineering leaders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • Deep, hands-on experience operating production infrastructure across at least two major clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Strong proficiency with modern infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
  • Proven experience building and operating modern CI/CD systems and observability stacks.
  • Experience shipping AI-native operational systems or frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
