What you will do

  • Design and architect enterprise-level BI solutions using MicroStrategy.
  • Develop and maintain metadata, schemas, cubes, reports, and dashboards.
  • Define BI architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.
  • Optimize report performance, SQL generation, and overall platform efficiency.
  • Collaborate with data engineers on data warehouse and semantic layer design.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for platform or reporting issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with MicroStrategy.
  • Strong expertise in MicroStrategy Architecture, Intelligence Server, and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Dossiers, Intelligent Cubes, Schema Objects, and Report Services.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases and dimensional modeling.
  • Advanced English communication skills required.
  • Must be based in Brazil or any LatAm country.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Integration experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • MicroStrategy certifications.
  • Experience with other BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
