What you will do

• Lead the selection and application of pharmacy-focused analytic and business intelligence methodologies to support strategic planning.
• Leverage pharmacy claims data, PBM feeds, and external datasets to deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with business teams to develop predictive models, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on enterprise pharmacy analytics initiatives.
• Translate pharmacy business rules and policies into analytical models and reporting solutions.
• Perform peer data quality reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of analytics output.

Requirements

• Must reside in a Louisiana Blue approved state.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Public Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of healthcare analytics experience, with pharmacy or PBM analytics strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Databricks, SQL, and SAS.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare payer system and PBM operations.
• Experience analyzing pharmacy claims, drug mix, and adherence metrics (PDC/MPR).

Nice to have

• Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of HEDIS medication measures and STAR Ratings.
• Experience with pharmacy pricing methodologies (AWP, WAC, MAC, rebates).
