What you will do

• Own and evolve DevOps and platform engineering functions, from build/deployment pipelines to infrastructure as code.
• Design and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines to support rapid product iterations.
• Improve system observability using Datadog, GCP, and custom dashboards.
• Implement FinOps governance, including showback and chargeback models, to drive cost accountability.
• Create internal tooling and reusable modules to simplify infrastructure and enhance developer productivity.
• Define and measure SLOs to set standards for system health and reliability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering, ideally in high-growth startups.
• Proficiency in Python or Go with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes and tools like ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform.
• Strong experience with GCP, focusing on cloud cost management and reserved instances.
• Hands-on experience with FinOps tooling (e.g., Kubecost, GCP Cloud Billing) or custom cost-reporting tools.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus or Datadog.
