What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available systems.
• Establish and manage service level objectives (SLOs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting for Dataplane, Control Plane, and Core components.
• Refine incident response processes and conduct blameless post-mortem analyses.
• Develop software platforms and tools to optimize operational and engineering efficiency.
• Drive chaos engineering initiatives to proactively identify and resolve reliability bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Go and/or Python.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes or Docker Swarm).
• Proficiency in automation and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet).
• Previous experience using ClickHouse in production is highly preferred.
