What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate the technical support team responsible for business operations.
• Oversee the launch and optimization of advertising campaigns using Real-Time Bidding technology.
• Collaborate with the local Head of Technical Account Management and cross-functional technical teams.
• Develop and implement new tools and procedures to enhance team efficiency.
• Ensure high-quality technical support for a global client base.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or similar management role.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, preferably in retargeting.
• Strong knowledge of online campaign management and tracking script debugging.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Chrome DevTools and Firebug.
• Fluency in English is required.
