What you will do
- Manage AI-assisted design and delivery of data pipelines to boost velocity, standards, and compliance.
- Implement GenAI automated data quality rules, validation, and monitoring for anomaly detection and issue prediction.
- Build scalable data operations with AI for proactive monitoring, self-healing, and root-cause analysis.
- Streamline data modeling lifecycle using AI for source discovery, metadata inference, and knowledge graphs.
- Develop AI-powered metadata solutions for discovery, classification, lineage, and PII detection.
- Provide technical management, mentoring, and Agile leadership to data engineers, modelers, and operators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Cloud Native Data Engineering experience with AWS services (S3, RDS, Athena, Glue, ECS/EKS).
- AI-Assisted Code Generation, LLM and GenAI Integration, Text-to-SQL Automation.
- Data Quality Rule Engineering, PII/Sensitive Data Detection, Semantic Model Inference.
- Enterprise-Grade Solution Delivery, Agile Delivery Practices.
