What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts via email, Slack, and Zoom.
• Build, launch, and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Maintain and update website content using WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Conduct SEO research, audits, and keyword analysis using Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and prepare client-friendly reports.
• Coordinate deliverables across marketing, design, and content teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing account management or client success roles.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, Ahrefs/Semrush, and GA4.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong project coordination and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Must be available to work during U.S. Business Hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, Canva, or Adobe Express.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid media reporting.
• Experience supporting executive-level clients.
• Background in agency or fast-paced marketing environments.
