What you will do

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI/ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI, and MCP systems, including data pipelines and model inference.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, leading solution design discussions and representing the company in client-facing interactions.
• Architect scalable solutions using cloud-native tools such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems utilizing vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Guide teams on MLOps frameworks for CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
• Mentor technical teams and align machine learning strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of industry experience in machine learning, data science, and AI with a track record of impactful projects.
• Strong grasp of AI architecture patterns including RAG, Agent AI, and MCP-based systems.
• Deep experience with Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Experience with MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of software product development and integrating AI/ML components into products.
