Accounting Analyst

What you will do

• Perform journal entries and complex account reconciliations in compliance with audit requirements.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing and reporting processes.
• Record loss reserve data and analyze loss ratio results.
• Assist in preparing income statement and balance sheet packages with variance analysis.
• Complete intercompany wire settlements and account balancing.
• Collaborate with functional areas like FP&A, treasury, and actuarial to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar required.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• High degree of proficiency in Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must have US Work Authorization (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or candidate status.
