Process Technician (Fabrication)

Salary: Starts at $22/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus

What you will do

• Operate machining and tooling safely while promoting core company values.
• Maximize the availability and effectiveness of fabrication equipment and machining centers.
• Utilize PCs, PLCs, and machine controllers to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Monitor and drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) of tooling.
• Collaborate with suppliers and engineers to identify and implement operational cost improvements.
• Perform set-ups, change-overs, and provide training to other personnel.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is mandatory.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Technical degree or training in machine control programming (preferred).
