What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
• Build high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize relational and NoSQL database models.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools into the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in an agile environment.
• Participate in architectural discussions and mentor other developers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong professional experience with Python and frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
• Proven experience using AI-assisted coding tools for development and debugging.
• Strong experience in database design and SQL.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous coding workflows and AI agents.
• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
