What you will do

• Design and implement complex backend features from conception through deployment to meet strategic business objectives.
• Write clean, secure, scalable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure quality and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Uphold and enhance engineering and quality standards within the team.
• Engage in the technical interviewing process for new candidates.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Extensive expertise in Python and its essential third-party libraries.
• Profound knowledge of Flask and FastAPI frameworks and their internal architecture.
• Deep understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL systems, including high-performance query crafting and optimization.
• Practical commercial experience in developing both monolithic and distributed systems.
• Experience deploying and managing applications within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.

Nice to have

• In-depth understanding of OOP, SOLID, and GRASP principles.
• Proficiency in creating comprehensive technical documentation and detailed diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency with unittest, pytest, or nose2.
