What you will do

• Own the multi-year enterprise AI/ML roadmap across business domains (ERP, CRM, HRIS, BI, PSA) and lead AI Platform org growth.
• Set and enforce AI platform architecture across Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Fabric, and multi-agent orchestration layers.
• Drive production deployment by building repeatable, scalable pipelines and ensuring reliability for mission-critical 24/7 operations.
• Integrate AI into enterprise systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Certinia, Jira) using scalable and standardized API/event patterns.
• Own AI governance and risk controls aligned to NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and Microsoft Responsible AI Standard, including explainability and human-in-the-loop.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and inference cost; partner with CISO/Legal/Compliance for SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001.

Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise software/IT, including 5+ years in senior engineering leadership with direct people-management responsibility.
• Proven experience defining enterprise AI/ML architecture standards through principal-level technical leadership (or equivalent prior role).
• Deep technical fluency in GenAI, LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems, and RAG architecture to evaluate and approve principal architecture work.
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday (ERP/CRM/HRIS).
• Track record building and scaling AI engineering/architecture organizations or Centers of Excellence in large enterprises (500+ employees).
• Experience operating in compliance-sensitive environments with accountability for AI governance (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001).
