What you will do

• Execute workflows for learning content and localization across multiple libraries, languages, and release environments.
• Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks using AI, templates, and modern tooling.
• Coordinate between Studios, Product teams, and external localization partners to resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor content and translation quality to ensure on-time and standardized releases.
• Document operational standards as processes evolve to build a scalable content operation.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, content management, localization, or digital production (early-career candidates are welcome).
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar LLMs.
• Comfort working with structured datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and project tools like Jira, Airtable, or Notion.
• Must be based in or able to work from Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with localization platforms like Crowdin, Lokalise, or Smartling.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
