Asset Liability Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze interest rate, capital, liquidity, asset liability, and cash flow risks.
• Prepare information and reports for the Asset Liability Committee to support governance.
• Analyze net interest margin, profitability metrics, model inputs, data feeds, and user reporting.
• Process and verify the accuracy of Funds Transfer Pricing.
• Perform annual internal stress testing, model back-testing, and review of key results.
• Recommend model improvements and maintain documentation aligned with internal Model Validation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience analyzing a bank or other financial institution is preferred.
• Knowledge of asset liability management in a banking environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, internet tools, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate appropriately with employees, customers, and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Frisco, Texas.
