What you will do

• Assist in producing a variety of existing shows under the guidance of experienced producers.
• Conduct research for ongoing series and coordinate booking requests for guests in-studio or remotely.
• Identify, edit, and curate promotional and archival audio clips.
• Perform audio editing in ProTools and design social media assets using Photoshop, Headliner, or Canva.
• Collaborate with hosts and the production team to ensure shows meet creative and company standards.
• Archive and edit photos from recording sessions for promotional use.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current university student (graduating by September 2027 preferred) or recent graduate (within 12 months).
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, G Suite, and Zoom conferencing software.
• Strong spelling, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid environment.

Nice to have

• Current or previous enrollment in communications classes.
• Prior internship or work experience in radio, podcast, TV, or film production.
• Experience with ProTools or other audio editing software.
• Familiarity with hirify.global and Earwolf programming.
• Experience creating and producing your own podcasts.
