What you will do

• Define and standardize the end-to-end experimentation methodology across all product teams.
• Develop statistical approaches for small-sample, fast-paced contexts, including variance reduction and sequential testing.
• Apply rigorous causal inference techniques to evaluate product changes where clean experiments are not feasible.
• Design frameworks for running concurrent experiments while managing contamination and guardrails.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to measure and evaluate non-deterministic features.
• Build experimentation templates and curriculum to level up PMs and analysts.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or applied statistics.
• Deep expertise in designing and analyzing online controlled experiments at scale.
• Strong foundation in frequentist and Bayesian statistics, power analysis, and A/B testing failure modes.
• Practical experience with causal inference methods such as matching, diff-in-diff, and synthetic control.
• Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern experimentation platforms like Statsig.
• Experience building an experimentation practice or culture from the ground up.
• Background in B2B SaaS, CRM, or product-led growth.
• Experience with multi-tenant or marketplace product structures.
