What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain real-time gameplay AI systems within Unreal Engine.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI behaviors, including architecture, implementation, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with gameplay, animation, and networking teams to deliver systemic, server-authoritative AI.
• Prioritize performance and scalability, managing CPU budgets, behavioral LODs, and agent counts.
• Write production-level code daily while mentoring team members and challenging over-engineered solutions.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience in AI programming, preferably within the video game industry.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience developing for video game consoles.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines.
