What you will do

• Automate and standardize treasury workflows, payment processing, and bank integration activities.
• Oversee daily reconciliation workflows, investigate data discrepancies, and improve data quality.
• Integrate NetSuite ERP with banking platforms and automated reconciliation tools.
• Design, implement, and maintain operational controls across all treasury-related processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Technical teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Maintain process documentation and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Experience working with NetSuite ERP.
• Proven experience with operational finance processes or reconciliations.
• Understanding of payment flows, bank reconciliations, or treasury operations.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Ability to analyze and structure operational data.
• English: C1 level (excellent verbal communication) required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to treasury, banking, or fintech environments.
• Familiarity with dedicated reconciliation or payment platforms.
• Experience with warehouse-related finance processes.
