Salary: Annual starting from 48,300 EUR gross

What you will do

  • Lead the global end-to-end outstaffing methodology and drive organizational readiness across local teams.
  • Standardize disparate country-specific workflows into a single cohesive global framework and update legal documentation.
  • Optimize global outstaffing vendors and deploy strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Re-engineer payroll and vacation accrual landscapes to automate repetitive tasks and reduce errors.
  • Spearhead the technical outstaffing infrastructure required for launching operations in new country markets.
  • Act as the primary liaison to the finance department for reporting centralization and structural audits.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in international HR Operations, Global Mobility, or Outstaffing Vendor Management.
  • Background working within a rapidly scaling multinational environment.
  • Deep understanding of EOR/Outstaffing structures and cross-border compliance risk analysis.
  • Knowledge of payroll system automations and vendor contract negotiations.
  • Must be based in Cyprus (Hybrid work model).
