What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Oversee visa and migration processes for international employees.
• Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure data reliability and accuracy.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and finance departments to align HR operations with business needs.
• Organize corporate events and conferences to support employee engagement.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal company policies and local labor laws.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist specifically in Cyprus.
• Proven experience managing the employee lifecycle and HR documentation.
• Strong understanding of local Cyprus labor regulations and compliance practices.
• Experience working with HRIS and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with visa, immigration, or global mobility processes.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
