What you will do
- Submit immigration applications and documentation to the Migration Department in Nicosia.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for residence permits, biometrics, and medical exams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding immigration timelines and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of case statuses, permit expiry dates, and appointment schedules.
- Liaise with external service providers and government authorities to facilitate onboarding.
- Identify and implement improvements to operational immigration workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in corporate immigration support.
- Proven experience interacting directly with the Migration Department or government authorities.
- Fluency in English and Greek is required.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly to government offices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing cases.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with online government immigration portals.
- Knowledge of Cyprus Labor Law.
- Proficiency in Excel.
