What you will do

• Submit immigration applications and documentation to the Migration Department in Nicosia.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for residence permits, biometrics, and medical exams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding immigration timelines and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of case statuses, permit expiry dates, and appointment schedules.
• Liaise with external service providers and government authorities to facilitate onboarding.
• Identify and implement improvements to operational immigration workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in corporate immigration support.
• Proven experience interacting directly with the Migration Department or government authorities.
• Fluency in English and Greek is required.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly to government offices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing cases.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with online government immigration portals.
• Knowledge of Cyprus Labor Law.
• Proficiency in Excel.
