What you will do

• Manage the complete project budget and future plant P&L results.
• Coordinate the ramp-up of machine capacity, headcount, and production output for the new plant.
• Lead the implementation of the new plant in the current ERP and support migration to SAP S4 Hana.
• Analyze cost deviations and plant performance against budget and forecasts using standard costing methods.
• Develop KPI reporting tools to increase visibility into operational performance.
• Validate investment and cost-saving scenarios through detailed profitability analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics or Business Administration with a focus on finance/controlling.
• 5+ years of finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proven communication and business partnering skills.
• Digital mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
