Junior Product Developer (Accessories)

What you will do

• Manage sourcing and development for main collections and injection capsules including hats, scarves, and leather goods.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of data in PLM systems including BOMs and pricing.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure technical quality, measurements, and workmanship of proto samples.
• Track production progress and monitor deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with design and merchandising teams to meet aesthetic and margin targets.
• Identify innovative techniques, yarns, trims, and leather qualities to improve product value.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, development, or production of accessories.
• Solid knowledge of leathers, fabrics, trims, and fabrication techniques.
• Understanding of product costing and FOB price optimization.
• Experience working with European and Far East suppliers.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
